In the last 20 years, Alvin honed an expertise that spans complex seismic design, high-rise residential structures, retrofit projects, and deep regulatory work across multiple Canadian provinces. His expertise in the National Building Code of Canada and provincial amendments is the product of decades spent solving problems where precision isn't optional—it's structural.
Before founding A&A Engineering, Alvin rose from humble beginnings to become a respected authority in structural engineering. That journey from poverty to professional excellence shaped an approach defined by persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and an understanding that in this work, there is no margin for shortcuts.
